    Rosanne Lucero, LMSW

I believe healing begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space where you can explore life’s challenges without judgment while building the insight, skills, and confidence to create meaningful change.

My professional journey in social work spans more than 24 years, supporting individuals and families through trauma, crisis, life transitions, and complex life circumstances. Since 2023, I have focused my practice on providing outpatient psychotherapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches. These experiences have reinforced my belief that healing isn’t about “fixing” what’s broken—it’s about understanding your story, recognizing your strengths, and helping your mind and body develop a greater sense of safety, balance, and resilience.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I integrate evidence-based therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and nervous system regulation techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. I believe lasting change happens when clients not only learn practical coping skills but also understand how trauma, stress, and life experiences influence the brain, body, and nervous system.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, panic, trauma, life transitions, grief, stress, and relationship challenges. Whether you’re seeking support for a specific concern or looking to better understand yourself, I strive to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and hope.

For clients who desire it, I also offer faith-integrated therapy, thoughtfully incorporating Christian beliefs and values into the therapeutic process while honoring each person’s individual journey and goals.

Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and you don’t have to take it alone. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they discover healing, resilience, and lasting hope.
