Hi, I’m Adam. I’m glad you’re here. I believe therapy is most effective when you feel truly heard, respected, and supported without judgment. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, gain insight into yourself, and work through the patterns or experiences that may be holding you back.
I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Narrative Therapy, and trauma-informed care to meet your unique needs and goals. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, stress, relationship challenges, body image and eating-related concerns, and life transitions.
Together, we can focus on building effective coping strategies, strengthening self-esteem, improving relationships, and creating meaningful, lasting change. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to do it alone.
