I am passionate about helping people!
I believe in a person-centered, strengths-based approach. As a multi-racial, multi-cultural social worker, I bring a unique set of skills to working with people—we are all different, and we deserve to be seen and understood as we are. I specialize in trauma and have extensive experience with co-occurring/dual-diagnosis conditions. I also enjoy working with people from all walks of life, in all stages of life: women, men, non-binary people, LGBTQAI+ people, teens, and children. I enjoy helping people find their way and finding out more about who they are and how they are in the world.
My clinical approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practices, with careful attention to safety, empowerment, and emotional regulation. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that honors each client’s lived experience, cultural background, and intersecting identities.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing trauma-informed, identity-affirming mental health therapy via Telehealth to clients in New Mexico and Illinois. Therapy is paced intentionally and guided by the client’s goals, allowing space for healing, growth, and increased self-understanding.
