I am passionate about my work with individuals, couples and families. I help people who are impacted by issues related to addiction, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I engage my clients in healthier communication, strengthening relationships, understanding medical issues and the difficulties coping with dual diagnosis. My compassion helps individuals, couples and families build a wider understanding of the connections of the body and mind relationship. I received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University with emphasis in neurobiology and have a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. My training is extensive. I use relational and systemic therapy models, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, solution focus therapy, and 12 steps recovery-based therapy. I invite you to reach out. I am here to help.
