I am a therapist, attorney, circus artist, dancer, storyteller, and late-diagnosed neurodivergent person. My work is grounded in the belief that healing does not always happen by sitting still and talking about pain. Sometimes it happens through movement, creativity, metaphor, play, walking, art, writing, music, nature, or the stories we tell about who we are and what is possible.
I work with teens and adults navigating burnout, trauma, grief, identity shifts, neurodivergence, life transitions, creative blocks, spiritual questions, and the challenges of being a capable person who is secretly overwhelmed. My approach is warm, collaborative, direct, and practical. I bring both structure and imagination into the therapy room, helping clients understand their patterns, reconnect with their bodies, build more supportive systems, and move toward a life that feels more honest and sustainable.
Sessions with me may include traditional talk therapy, walking therapy, narrative work, somatic tools, mindfulness, Dungeons & Dragons–inspired exploration, dance and movement, art, poetry, or integration work after profound spiritual or psychedelic experiences. I especially enjoy working with creative, neurodivergent, sensitive, intense, and unconventional people who are ready to explore, rebuild, and become more fully themselves.
