I am passionate about working in the mental health field to improve our overall well-being and quality of life. I am a compassionate, open, and culturally aware clinician who specializes in anxiety, depressive, adjustment, and behavioral disorders. I offer a holistic approach, grounded in brain research to clients. My approach includes understanding clients’ worldview and empowering clients to create, plan and accomplish meaningful treatment goals. I work collaboratively with clients in an experiential and strengths-based approach. I believe in the use of mindfulness; including meditation, grounding, yoga, breathing and other multi-sensory practices. I also use bibliotherapy and strategies from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in my practice.
