Leila Kelly, BAIS LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker whose practice centers on the impacts of relational harm and complex interpersonal dynamics. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed, feminist, and psychodynamic perspectives, with a particular focus on how patterns of connection, disconnection, and power shape both internal experience and relationships.
Leila integrates an understanding of the nervous system into her clinical work, helping clients recognize and respond to physiological patterns of safety, threat, and regulation. Her approach draws from attachment theory, narrative therapy, and polyvagal-informed care. She incorporates Belief Systems Analysis to examine how deeply held beliefs shape behavior, identity, and relational patterns, and uses psychoeducation to support insight, integration, and meaningful change.
She is committed to fostering a collaborative space where clients can deepen self-understanding, strengthen boundaries, and build more connected and sustainable ways of relating to themselves and others.
