I am a therapist, clinical supervisor, educator, and current Doctor of Social Work (DSW) student. I’m passionate about whole-person healing and believe that true wellness involves both emotional and physical restoration. I specialize in working with individuals, couples and families who have experienced trauma, as well as those navigating depression, anxiety, grief and loss, compassion fatigue, parenting stress, relationship challenges, chronic illness or pain, and burnout. I’m especially dedicated to supporting fellow healers-those who care for others and often need a space to reconnect with themselves. My approach integrates trauma-informed care, emotion-focused therapy, neuroregulation, and body-mind healing to help clients understand how trauma impacts the brain and how to begin the work of healing in an authentic, empowering way.
In our work together, I’ll support you in reconnecting with your “why”-the reason you’re showing up for yourself-and help you clarify your boundaries, set meaningful goals, and cultivate self-compassion. I believe self-care is not a luxury, but an ethical and necessary act of preservation, particularly for those in caregiving and leadership roles. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, centering your lived experience and allowing space for curiosity, reflection, and growth.
